Returns are Simple

Within 10 days of receipt of your order, you may return any of the following items for a full product refund:

• Any merchandise that's in new condition including original packaging and accessories

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from The Caribbean Trading Co.

Returns are Easy

To return any other type of item, read below.

Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
